He has special expertise in matters of inclusion, differentiated instruction, behavior management (including functional behavioral analyses and positive behavior intervention support), evaluation, procedures relative to discipline and anti-bullying strategies. He has conducted extensive research on independent educational evaluations and has been a frequent presenter at local, state, regional and national conferences. He has also been published in a number of nationally referred journals in psychology and special education. He has held regional and national offices in his field.”
